Five major functions & Nine subsidiary functions

Recovery: To recover the residual R134a refrigerant from A/C system. The recovered refrigerant will be stored automatically after a series of purge process (such as drying, flirtation, oil and gas separating, etc.), which makes the reuse of refrigerant convenient, natural, energy saving and efficient.

Recharging: Recharge automatically according to the quantity set by auto A/C system.

Recycling: Special-made pipelines ensure that the refrigerant inside tank of the unit is recycling, which keeps high purity of refrigerant and enhances recharging pressure.

Vacuuming: To vacuum for A/C system and remove water and air thoroughly.

Auto Mode: Automatically perform the whole process of recovery, draining used cooling oil, vacuuming, recharging cooling oil and refrigerant according to the program.

Self Test: To test solenoid valves, vacuum pump, compressor and other important components inside the unit, and check malfunction of them.

Inquiry: To inquire system for the accumulated running time and running frequencies, and monitor the using situation of the unit.

Calibration for electronic scale: Calibration of electronic scale ensures the high accuracy of measurements.

Vacuuming for system:To vacuum for pipelines inside the unit, and remove the air from pipelines. Time setting for cooling oil filling: Under Auto Mode, time for cooling oil filling can be set.
Adjustment for the error of recharging: To compensate for refrigerant remained in pipelines according to the climate change, and ensure recharging accuracy of A/C system.

Zero clearing: The system will return to zero automatically and keep the default value, under the condition that users take improper action and cause the abnormity of set parameters.

Leakage test: To perform the leakage test for A/C system according to the pressure change of the vacuum degree.

Automatic alarm: System tests empty tank, full tank or high-pressure and makes alarm automatically, and will prompt you malfunction code to make the maintenance convenient and ensure that the unit run safely.
